- Its reinforced concrete pier is oriented at 10° to 190° longitudinally to the Uruguay River and is 140 meters long and 16.5 meters wide.
- It was built between 1928 and 1931.
- In the port area is the building known as the Shelter.
- To the north is the metal pier, which impresses with its timeless design and indestructible structure, built to operate with the railroad.
