The Mission-Vision of ANP expresses the sectoral strategic objectives within the framework of priorities and general plans defined by the Executive Power, with the values that frame its action:

To be an essential part of the infraestructure platform, and transport and logistic services to benefit of the production, comerce, industry and tourism, contributing significantly to posicionate Uruguay as a logistic nodo between the region and the world with efficiency and sustainability.
