The commercial port is located in the city of Carmelo on the banks of the Arroyo de las Vacas river. Its River Terminal connects the cities of Carmelo and Tigre (Argentina).
It features:
- Passenger Pavilion: a 240 m2 building housing offices for state agencies such as the National Customs Directorate (DNA), the National Immigration Directorate (DNM), the National Naval Police (PNN), and the Ministry of Livestock, Agriculture, and Fisheries (MGAP), which carry out the necessary passenger and baggage checks.
- A 101 m2 L-shaped boarding beam connects the main building to the vessels during their operations.
Transportation at the Carmelo Port Terminal is provided by Líneas Delta Argentino S.R.L. through the Los Cipreses S.A. agency. with the boats Don Roberto and Francisco C.
Tigre - Carmelo frequency: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: arrival at 11:30 a.m.
Carmelo - Tigre frequency: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: departure at 3:00 p.m. Sunday: departure at 5:30 p.m.
